What is the PARTY FOR MARTY fundraiser all about?

The Rocky Mountain Dirt Riders Association (RMDRA) is helping to sponsor Marty Halmazna on his quest for the podium and to battle his arch rival David Knight in Europe's biggest Enduro event....the Rodeo at Erzberg in Austria.   So come join us and learn about this insane event, have a burger/hotdog/ beverage of choice and mingle with some other people that share the same passion for our sport.

The next RMDRA meeting will be held in conjunction with the PARTY FOR MARTY Fundraiser.

Fundraiser approximately 6:00PM
Family Event - Everyone Welcome !!
There will be games and prizes for the kids.   Such as pin the tail on the 50, and tire toss.   Kids games will start at 5:00 because kids want to have fun instead of sitting for the meeting.

Marty Halmazna

Marty has been involved in the racing community for many years, his determination, and enthusiasm for the sport has definitely helped it evolve into what it is today.   This is a wonderful opportunity to recognize someone who deserves all the support we can give him.   For those that are new to racing or are unaware of who Marty is, here are some of his accomplishments:

2000 1st place National Cross country Champion (pro level)

1999 1st place National Cross country Champion (pro level)

1999 1st place Alberta indoor Arena-cross champion (+25 & 250 intermediate)

1997 Silver Medal in the 72nd ISDE in Italy

1996 2nd place Provincial & National (Pro-level) Cross country Champion

1995 1st place Provincial & National (intermediate) Cross country Champion

1994 1st place Provincial & National (junior) Cross country Champion

..and of course a member of the Rocky Mountain Dirt Riders!!
